ACS Cooling Tower Services is an Evapco Factory Authorized Mr. GoodTower Service Center. Evapco started the Mr. GoodTower program in 1999 to provide their customers with an option for post-warranty service and repair.

Rather than use in-house personnel and get into the service business, Evapco teamed up with quality contractors throughout the country. Evapco supports the program by helping the contractors in every aspect of the business including technical and business training.
All or our service technicians go through an intensive factory training course providing the technical knowledge for installing, servicing, trouble-shooting and repairing existing tower, condenser and cooler installations.

Our agreement with Evapco allows us to stay on the leading edge of evaporative cooling technology. Take for instance the EvapLiner Product, the most technically advanced protective membrane coating available. Our technicians are fully trained in the preparation and application of this product.

What is EVAPLINER? EVAPLINER is a high strength, industrial urethane coating used to protect cooling tower surfaces from corrosion. EVAPLINER is a unique, synthetic rubber-like coating. Why would I want to use EVAPLINER?   EVAPLINER is a cost effective means of extending the life of your equipment for several years.   EVAPLINER stops leaks by sealing sheet metal seams and filling in small pinholes. What makes Fire Retardant EVAPLINER better than other coatings?   EVAPCO'S Fire Retardant EvapLiner is self extinguishing. If a fire started in a cooling tower basin coated with Fire Retardant EvapLiner the flames would extinguish themselves. Cooling tower fires have started or spread from the use of other flammable coatings. These catastrophes can be started in many ways, including unfortunate events such as a malfunctioning electric heater element in the cold water basin or ignition from weld sparks. No other cooling tower coating is self extinguishing and Class A rated. In some areas of the USA building codes and fire marshals are requiring fire proof protection. TO MEET LOCAL FIRE REGULATIONS AND BUILDING CODES, TO PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT AND FOR PEACE OF MIND SPECIFY FIRE RETARDANT EVAPLINER.   EVAPLINER remains flexible while many other coatings are rigid or will become rigid over time. EVAPLINER will not crack, chip or peel!   EVAPLINER adheres better because the special adhesion promoter results in a mechanical and chemical bond between the coating and the metal surface. Most coatings use only a mechanical bond for adhesion.   EVAPLINER minimizes equipment down time. Units with EVAPLINER can be placed in to service 12 hours after application (units completed Sunday at 6:00PM can be started up Monday 6:00AM). Other coatings typically require several days to cure.   EVAPLINER can be applied year round from freezing temperatures ( 32F / 0C ) to ( 100F / 37.8C ).
